Our properties
Ilmarinen is one of Finland’s most significant property developers and owners. The company owns approximately one hundred commercial, office, warehouse, and other types of properties. At the end of 2023, the value of its property investments was 5.8 billion euros. A significant portion of the company’s properties are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other key growth centers.
